This was the day it was announced schools would be shut down indefinitely due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. I originally was supposed to teach dumpling-making with the participants, but due to safety concerns we were no longer able to do cooking activities. Instead, I taught some Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Writing), created some Chinese Paper Lanterns, taught some history of China, and taught others how to use chopsticks!
